SCHOOL REGISTRATION FORM
1. Please fill all the fields with proper information.
2. Please register the students' name in class-wise order.
3. Minimum Participation of 10 students from a participating category is MUST. There is no maximum limit.
4. The last date of registration and submission of artworks is Monday, 21st December 2020.
Thereafter no registration will be accepted.
6. The participation fee is Rs. 500/- per participant which can be paid through Bank Draft/Pay Order, drawn in favor of DISCOVERING NEW ARTISTS.

7. The registration fee once paid is non-refundable and non-transferable.
